Help Yourself Grow had another great session with Anna Canning, a qualified medical herbalist from Floramedica. With her guidance, the cookery group made creams, scrubs, and lotions using sea salt and aromatherapy oils. These will now be used for hands and feet. We thank Anna Canning for coming along again and congratulate everyone on their great work.
Our Help Yourself Grow trainees made a visit to Cafe Ceramico in East Kilbride to take part in some arts and crafts activities – these included making photo frames and bird feeders.
